Senior Summer Boot Camp M/W 8:30 AM for ages 55+
Starts Monday 6/7, ends Wednesday 7/28

If you are ages 55+ and would like to improve your fitness this class is for you!   Think of this class as having a personal trainer while working out together in a group.  You will enjoy the motivation and community that the group brings all while being able to individualize a workout that is right for you.  Multiple modifications will be given to complete the prescribed workout of the day.  Enjoy spending part of your workout or warmup outside on nice days!

Spend your summer working on your fitness in a fun motivating group setting.  You can expect a new workout each day that you will do as a group but at your own pace with your own modifications.  You can expect to improve both your cardiovascular and strength endurance by doing all the things we do in our regular classes excluding the barbell.  Expect to get outside for part of your workout or warmup if you so choose on nice days!
